A 1.5-hectare residential enclave inside a coastal Tabanan creative-wellness community with desert-modernism architecture drawing on Moroccan and dune-inspired aesthetics. Studios run 3.5-metre ceilings for openness. Construction uses anti-mould concrete panels and steel-frame technology from the developer’s in-house factory.
