An operating 38-room wellness and biohacking village across three integrated buildings in Canggu, already profitable today, raising USD 1.375M for 25% equity to fund a fully-costed Phase 2 expansion.
The physical village already exists. Built over several years by a commercial-construction veteran, it spans three integrated buildings in Canggu: 38 rooms, three yoga shalas totalling 614 m², three pools, ice baths, a gym, and a working F&B and communal dining operation. It is not a concept or a render, it is a functioning, cash-flowing retreat business today.
The business runs on two connected pillars under one operational backbone: a spiritual and training side (yoga, breathwork and pilates teacher trainings, and a 365-day drop-in retreat programme that keeps occupancy from being seasonal) and a performance and longevity side (fitness, recovery, nutrition and a purpose-built biohacking clinic in a street-facing commercial frontage). Guests move between both, which is the core of the unit economics: a cross-pillar guest is worth two to three times a single-pillar guest.
The raise funds a single, coordinated Phase 2 build-out, delivered across all three buildings and the commercial frontage at once rather than in stages, so the village launches its expanded form in one moment instead of fragmenting the guest experience over a slow rollout. An experienced operating partner is stepping in alongside the founding builder specifically to run the marketing and sales engine and activate this next phase.
