By the age of 21, she had relocated to Portugal, launching a successful career in residential sales along the Iberian coast. Today, she specializes in international commercial assets—including hotels, resorts, and large-scale developments—bringing a refined and results-driven approach to high-value transactions across the globe.

Charlee-Jo travels extensively, representing the company at global property expos in Miami, Singapore, the Philippines, and beyond. Her passion for real estate is matched by her creative side: she’s also a singer and DJ who embraces the lifestyle and freedom that international real estate allows.

David Norman

With more than two decades of experience in the global property sector, David Norman oversees international partnerships and distribution for the company. He manages our extensive partner and agency network, having established agreements with over 200 developers across 20 countries.
