A boutique complex of nine villas in Ungasan on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula, designed with Japanese-influenced minimalism and a distinctive circular waterfall roof over the shared living spaces. Villas range from two to three bedrooms, each fully furnished with its own private pool, an open-air bath, a smart home system, and a dedicated work-from-home space. Held on a leasehold running to 1 December 2054, with an option to extend a further 30 years. Construction started April 2025 and is expected to complete June 2026.
