A boutique complex of nine 2-bedroom villas in Ungasan on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula, designed with a Mexican-influenced material palette layered over Balinese construction. Each villa is fully furnished and equipped with its own private pool, a smart home system (remote curtains, leak and smoke detection, smart lighting and AC), and a dedicated work-from-home space. Held on a leasehold running to 31 December 2054, with an option to extend a further 30 years. Construction started April 2025 and is expected to complete June 2026.
