A 30-Metre Infinity Pool Over Riverside Rice Fields

A singular six-bedroom architectural estate on 2,300 m² of riverside land amid the rice fields. Around 2,180 m² of build, six 75 m² en-suite bedrooms, a 30-metre infinity pool spanning the width of the plot, home cinema, gym, half basketball court and a riverside lower level, with sunset rice-paddy views.

This is the largest residence we currently hold: a 2024-built architectural estate of around 2,180 m² on 2,300 m² of riverside land, a short drive from the coast yet surrounded by open rice fields with clear sunset views.

Six en-suite bedrooms of roughly 75 m² each anchor the plan, with a 30-metre infinity pool stretching the full width of the plot, a home cinema, a gym, a dedicated half basketball court and a home office. The lower riverside level is a flexible volume that can run as a studio, office or private theatre.

The estate transfers fully furnished on a 25-year leasehold. The owner projects managed-rental returns of 14 to 19 percent depending on occupancy; we treat that as the seller’s projection and will put the assumptions on the table with the full info pack.
