Uluwatu Ocean-View Pool Villas

A modern off-plan villa collection set within a beachfront resort community on Bali’s southern coast, with handover planned for Q3 2028. The villas sit alongside a resort pool and pool bar, spa and wellness centre, landscaped tropical gardens and full on-site hospitality management, a short walk from the sand. The collection includes a sculptural single-storey one-bedroom villa built with 3D concrete-printing technology, and two-storey two-bedroom villas with floor-to-ceiling glass and a private pool, including a layout with a private in-villa sauna on application. Every villa is delivered turnkey and fully furnished, so it is ready to live in or let from day one, with filtered well water on site and a twenty-year warranty on the structural frame. Villas are sold leasehold for 25 years with an option to extend a further 25 at market price, on land in the tourism (pink) zone with building approval in place. Off-plan payments are staged across construction, with a 5% discount for full upfront payment. Pricing currently runs from USD 220,000 for the one-bedroom villa to USD 455,000 for the two-bedroom pool villa, and the earlier three-bedroom layout is sold out. Exact location and the reservation paperwork are shared with qualified buyers through Balibound Realty.
