The UAE has once again reinforced its position as one of the world’s leading real estate investment destinations, with new research showing it is now viewed as the most attractive property market globally by international investors.
According to the newly released Arada UAE Real Estate Investment Index, conducted by US-based research firm Penta Group, 56% of global investors surveyed said they are interested in increasing their exposure to UAE real estate. The UAE ranked ahead of traditional investment destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, France and Spain.
The findings are significant because they reflect investor sentiment across 12 international markets and nearly 700 established property investors, offering one of the clearest pictures yet of how global buyers view the UAE property sector.

These factors continue to distinguish the UAE from many competing international markets. Investors increasingly view the country not only as a place to generate returns but also as a safe jurisdiction in which to preserve wealth.
The appeal is particularly strong among regional investors, with 92% of Egyptian investors, 91% of Indian investors and 85% of Saudi investors ranking the UAE among their preferred investment destinations. Interest is also growing across Europe, with investors from France, Germany and Switzerland increasingly looking towards the Emirates.
While Dubai often dominates international headlines, investor interest is expanding across the UAE.
Abu Dhabi continues to attract attention through major infrastructure projects, economic diversification initiatives and a growing luxury residential market. Recent reports have highlighted population growth, government-backed development strategies and increasing foreign investment as key drivers behind the emirate’s property sector.
For international buyers, the UAE now offers opportunities across multiple sectors including luxury waterfront developments, branded residences, family communities, wellness-focused projects and income-producing investment properties.
